WHOA staat ook open voor onderneming zonder overlevingskansen

De nieuwe Wet Homologatie Onderhands Akkoord (WHOA) kan ook worden gebruikt voor de homologatie van een akkoord waarbij een onderneming die geen overlevingskansen meer heeft wordt afgewikkeld. Dat komt naar voren in een recent gepubliceerde uitspraak van de rechtbank Amsterdam.
