Motivation
The hospitality industry is great because no day is the same and every day you have to perform for the guests, but also employees, suppliers, financiers and government. For the guest it's mostly fun and sociable, but for the entrepreneur it is also hard work, every day. I think it's great fun to be able to unburden such an entrepreneur with my knowledge and experience.
