De horeca moet met meer creativiteit gaan zoeken naar nieuwe medewerkers. Dat zegt Frank de Reu, voorzitter van Koninklijke Horeca Zeeland. Het UWV verwacht dat de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt voorlopig aanhoudt en dat veel vacatures niet gevuld kunnen worden.
