Toegevoegde waarde van de horeca stijgt, de prijzen moeten hoger en meer

De ontwikkeling van de horeca was voor de coronaperiode gelijk aan de Nederlandse economie en kromp sterk in 2020. In 2022 bereikte de horeca een hoger niveau dan voor 2020 (zie tabel). De groei komt voornamelijk door zelfstandige ondernemers.
